Authoritarian parenting is defined as a way of educating children with authoritarian leadership, which is characterized by strict rules and limited children's freedom. Fact ors that influence this parenting style include parental personality and past parenting experiences. Next, the research explores psychological concepts and adolescents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social development. Using the analyst description method sourced from several journals emotions, writers found findings showing that authoritarian parenting can have a negative impact on the psychology and mental health of adolescents.
